This course is an introduction to the fundamental concepts and principles of team leadership and how to apply them. It provides the knowledge and skills to lead a small group of people (team or crew) to undertake operational tasks.
Introduction:
The Leading Operational Teams course has been developed to provide QFES members with the knowledge and skills to undertake leading a small team to perform an operational task. The course has been written to satisfy QFES organisational requirements and to reflect the nationally accredited unit PUAOPE020 Lead a crew.

SES Staff and Volunteer Members

Learning Methods:
This course is conducted via a Face-to-Face workshop. It is approximately 1 day in duration
